BUILDING ON EXCELLENCE AT 1433 CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
Our cherished KU Theta home underwent a major renovation over the summers of 2024 and 2026. For the first time in 60 years, we asked for alumnae support, and thanks to more than $2.6 million in donations, we were able to complete the long overdue project. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the house were completely redesigned, including brand new bathrooms, sleep / study rooms, fire and electrical system repair and a new, more efficient HVAC system. We made critical repairs to bring our chapter house back to the gold standard that is KU Theta, finishing on time and on budget.
